Three Cylinder Dryer

The three cylinder dryer is mainly used for drying granular materials in a certain humidity and particle size range. The three return dryer is a highly efficient and energy-saving product based on a single cylinder rotary dryer. The rotary three reflux dryer improves the internal structure of the single cylinder single cylinder dryer, increases the drying time of the wet material before entering the machine and prolongs the drying time of the wet material in the machine, plus the sealing, moisturizing and reasonable matching measures, so that the drying machine can improve the production capacity of the single barrel and increase the evaporation strength per unit volume compared with the original single cylinder dryer. After drying, the moisture content of the material can reach below 1 – 0.5%.

In simple terms, the three cylinder dryer has a compact structure, simple structure, reasonable layout, higher heat exchange rate of material and heat, good drying effect of material, less base input, only 1/2 of the same output single barrel dryer, reducing the one-time input, reliable operation, low energy consumption and high thermal efficiency; at the same time, the capacity is high. It is easy to realize automatic control, reduce operators and save labor resources.

Working principle

The material is entered into the inner layer of the rotary drum by the feeding device. The material is continuously dried and dried under the inner layer. The material moves to the middle layer on the other end of the inner layer. The material is dried by countercurrent, and the material is repeatedly back up in the middle layer, and it goes into the two step backward way. In the middle layer, the material not only absorbs the heat of the inner roller fully, but also absorbs the heat of the middle layer drum, while prolonging the drying time, the material reaches the best drying state. The material goes to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material is moving in a rectangular multi loop way in the outer roller. The material that reaches the drying effect is rapidly moving out of the roller under the effect of hot air. The wet material without drying effect can not go fast because of its self weight, and the material is fully dried in the rectangular plate. Finish the drying purpose.
